What P2P delivers

P2P — Plan 2 Prosper — is a financial capability framework for the workforce. Not a platform. Not a one-time workshop. A live, cohort-based program that gives employees the decision-making systems to manage their financial lives — and show up differently at work.

Financial Clarity

Employees gain a coherent framework for how financial decisions connect — across cash flow, debt, investing, retirement, and estate planning.

👤

Personal Confidence

Money is emotional. P2P creates a safe, non-judgmental space where employees can engage honestly with their real financial situation.

Workforce Stability

Financially capable employees are more present, more productive, and more committed. That's a measurable return for your organization.

The ROI case for P2P

Three independent drivers — any one alone justifies the investment.

Driver 1
Absenteeism
Financially stressed employees miss twice as many days per year as unstressed peers.TIAA Institute / WebMD, 2026
P2P recovers 2 days/employee/year. Avg. daily wage: $300. 20-person cohort.
$12,000/year Break-even on absenteeism alone — before any other benefit
Driver 2
Productivity
Employees spend more than 7 hours per week managing financial stress at work.BrightPlan Wellness Barometer, 2024
P2P recovers 1 hr/week per employee. Avg. wage: $25/hr. 50 working weeks.
$25,000/year Program pays for itself in under 6 months
Driver 3
Turnover
Financial stress drives 40% of U.S. employee turnover. Replacing one employee costs 50–200% of salary.Wellhub Return on Wellbeing, 2025
P2P prevents 1 departure in a 20-person cohort over 2 years. Avg. salary: $40,000.
$20K – $80K One prevented departure pays for multiple full program cohorts

Three life stages. One framework.

P2P meets employees where they are — financially, not just by age. Each cohort is structured around the real questions employees face at that stage of their working lives.

About Elisabeth Anton

Yale University — BA Wharton — MBA/MA Native English & Spanish Speaker CFP Candidate

Elisabeth Anton was born in the South Bronx in an immigrant household — Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Ecuadorian — where money was managed with discipline and sacrifice, but without access to formal financial planning systems.

"My grandparents saved in tin coffee cans. I spent my career learning why that happens, where the gap exists — and building the system to close it."

She went on to earn an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Yale, spent years advising ultra-high-net-worth families, and then devoted herself to teaching personal finance to working adults. She built P2P to bring the same financial decision-making systems to the people who need them most.

Elisabeth delivers every P2P program in English, Spanish, and — where needed — Portuguese. She understands this community because she comes from it.
